Marketing and Junk Mail
Chesham Musical Theatre Company (CMTC) will only send you email marketing messages if you choose to receive them from us. If you choose to receive marketing communications from us, we will only send you details about items and promotions which we think are of interest to you (including upcoming shows, information regarding social activities or other activity relating to musical theatre news). We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By choosing to receive our marketing emails, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms. If you decide that you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by either clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the promotional email. You also have the option to see what data we hold and what emails you are signed up for by clicking the 'Update your preferences'. We will never sell or pass on your details to a third party for marketing purposes.

What you can expect from us
We will always comply with the standards, procedures and requirements of UK data protection laws to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept appropriately secure and processed fairly and lawfully as outlined in this Privacy Policy. In relation to a Subject Access Right request, you may request that we inform you of the data we hold about you and how we process it. We will not charge a fee for responding to this request unless your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to respond. We will, in most cases, reply within one month of the date of the request unless your request is complex or you have made a large number of requests in which case we will notify you of any delay and will in any event reply within three months.
